Our building has a number of large rooms with different capacities (from 58 to 133 people per room) that we offer for rent to the community and for movie rental companies. The rooms vary from 300 to 1300 square feet in size. Some have kitchen facilities and air conditioning. We provide high speed wifi to all rental rooms. Rental rates are $40 per hour, per room, with additional costs for use of the kitchen or audio/visual equipment.
